How To Reservation?
- 1. First enter your information completely and accurately on our web site.
- 2. You will receive an e-mail that your reservation is "waiting for confirmation".
- 3. In the second e-mail you have to click green button to confirm your reservation.
- 4. If you do not click the green button, then your reservation request will be cancelled by the system.
- We recommend booking at least two/three days before the visit.
- Reservation can be done only online on our website .
- Reservations are only considered valid if you have received a confirmation email .
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your service begins at the time scheduled.

Hamam Clothes
We provide women a bikini, shorts and men a towel, shorts (Peştemal). If you want, you can also bring your swimming suits and slippers (for wet floor).
Accesory
Please don`t wear any rings, watch, earrings, necklace etc. during the bath.
Mobile Phone
Please turn off the sound of your mobile phone and don`t take it to the treatment room.
Health
Consider your health responsibly and do not use the bath if the heat will make you feel worse. In case of health problems or injury, please contact reception immediately.
Disabled
There is no ramp or service rooms suitable for disabled access.
Gift Certificates
We do not sell gift cards/certificates for hamam use.
Any Discount?
Due to the limited availability and space, there is no discount for groups.
Pregnant
We do not recommend admission to those who are more than two months pregnant .
Children Minimum Age 16+
Suleymaniye Hamam is a space for adults. To enter the Turkish bath, children must be at least 16 years old and accompanied by an adult.
Lost Items
We are not responsible for left unattended or forgotten items, but we keep forgotten items for a month.
Branch
Historical Suleymaniye Hamam® / Turkish Bath has no other branches nor affiliated with any other Hamam .
Be Aware / Attention
- The floor of the bath area may be slippery , please be careful.
- No smoking and no alcohol at Hamam.
- There can be other guests in other areas of the hamam, so please don`t speak loudly.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
No-Show
If you do not come to your appointment without notice on time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Late Arrivals
If you do not notify Süleymaniye Hamam by email that you will be late, your appointment will be automatically canceled by the system 15 minutes after the appointment time. Guests who arrive late for their appointment will be served for the remaining time.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy Is Needed
We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice by email (info@suleymaniyehamami.com.tr) if you need to modify or cancel your appointment.
Same Day Cancellation
Same day reservation cancellation is not possible.

As a courtesy, we will send you reminder emails.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours` notice by email (info@suleymaniyehamami.com.tr).
Rejection
- Any fraudulent or suspicious activity and wrong information provided while making reservation.
- If you do not come to your appointment without notice, the system will reject repeating reservation requests automatically.

It is located in a 472 year historical building desinged by the famous architect Sinan. You can feel that time is back to the Ottoman period, when you take a bath here. The bath is authentic and traditional.
